Turkey targets heritage in north Syria through its intervention in Syria territory

Turkey is now trying to cut parts of its territory and destroy its historical and humanitarian heritage, As well as killing civilians.

Where its aircraft yesterday systematically bombed the archaeological site of Ain Dara , which is one of the largest archaeological sites belonging to several periods in valley of Afrin north-west of Syria near the Turkish border , which applies to resolution 2347 of the Security Council , which states : that destruction intentional heritage is considered a War crime .

Last year , the Turkish state seized the border triangle in north- east Syria , where the ancient bridge Ain Dewar and changes the course of the river , to paving the way for the bridge to be flooded.

The ATPA in Al- Jazira Territory appeals once again the international organization and the organization concerned with the protection of heritage, led by UNESCO to intervene urgently to protect the Archaeological sites of Afrin and north Syria target by the Turkish State now.
