Generalization in order to preserve the cultural and historical identity

in order to preserve the cultural and historical identity in our region in Roj Ava through protect the archaeological sites and mounds that are under control of people protection units or near of their deployment ( outside the fight’s fronts) of the tampering or effecting through digging or transporting the soils or illegal excavation . Our units must comply with the following:
1- It is strictly forbidden on the elements of the People’s Protection Units and women protection units to digging or transporting soils from the archaeological mounds or build military defensive fortifications without supervision of specialists from the Authority of Tourism and Protection of Antiquities.
2 – The Protection Units of People and women must expressing assistance and necessary facilities for specialists of the Authority of Tourism and protection of Antiquities while carrying out their work in archaeological sites those are under control of people protection units or close to their deployment sites, after the confirmation of official documents, which entitle them to work .
3- The Protection Units of people and women must extradite the archaeological artifacts those are controlled from the hand of terrorists during the battles to Authority of Tourism and Protection of Antiquities formally and documented through the Authority of Staff or the general relationship office of the People Protection Units .
4- protection units of people and women must prevent any civilian or journalist or mission from approaching the archaeological sites or photographed or check its contents (which under the control of people protection units or close to their deployment sites) without official permission from Authority of Tourism and Protection of Antiquities
5 – Any violation for this generalization exposes any discordant to legal accountability assets
